• a personal recommendation or investment advice;
• an inducement, invitation, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, fund, derivative, or other financial instrument;
• advice on tax, legal, accounting, pensions, or regulatory matters;
• a statement of suitability, appropriateness, or authorisation for any particular course of action.

2. Information and education only

The Allocra tools are analytical utilities. They take inputs that you provide — such as tickers, allocations, contributions, tax bands, and planning assumptions — and return calculations, charts, and summaries based on those inputs. 5. Investment risk warnings

The Services are operated from the United Kingdom. Where the Services link to or reference third-party websites, data feeds, or publications, such references are for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. Allocra is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party resource.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allocra Ltd, its directors and personnel will not be liable for any loss, damage, or cost — whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, savings, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the Services or any information obtained from them. The full liability terms are set out in our Terms of Service, which apply to your use of the Services.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. No fiduciary relationship

Use of the Services does not create an advisory, fiduciary, agency, partnership, or client relationship between you and Allocra. We do not know your personal circumstances and we are not in a position to evaluate whether any particular investment or strategy is suitable for you.
